We give all the glory to God for our success. We strive for excellent customer service and want to know if you are dissatisfied in any way. We cannot fix something if we have no knowledge of problems.
Our Guarantee
Most ramps have a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee unless specified, against everything EXCEPT overloading or misuse of the ramps. Wheelchair ramps typically have a manufacturer's 1 year limited warranty. Please make sure that what you are loading is LESS THAN or EQUAL TO the weight capacity of the ramps.
Return Policy
Damaged Goods
Any ramp damaged in shipment will be replaced by the manufacturer. Refuse shipment immediately. If you do not discover the damage until after delivery, be sure to keep all packing materials and receipts. The ramp will be replaced at no charge to you. Call us immediately at 1-888-752-0543. Do Not return the ramp to us until you have received confirmation. If you have received damaged materials, you have 2 business days to inform us of the damage, or you will have to cover any costs or repairs.
Oh, no! I overloaded the ramp!
The guarantee on the ramps does not include overloading the ramps. For arched ramps, once the ramp loses it's arch it cannot be repaired!
Alterations to the Ramp
Any ramp that is altered or damaged will void the guarantee. These ramps cannot be returned to us.
Restocking Fee
All in stock ramps have a 30 day money back guarantee*. After the initial 30 days, there is a 10% restocking fee. If you are exchanging the ramp, I will waive the restocking fee, however you must pay the return shipping to get the ramp to me. Special order ramps and slide van ramps are not returnable.
*Money Back Guarantee
All in stock ramps are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. Cost of the ramp will be returned to the customer less the shipping costs. Guarantee does not cover special order or custom ramps. Customer MUST call before returning the ramps to assure the guarantee is still in effect. Neglecting to call us before returning the ramps may trigger the 10% restocking fee. See "Restocking Fee" above.
Shipping Information
Shipping costs for shipping in continental USA are listed when you click on "Add To Cart". If you are ordering more than one set of ramps, the shipping cost could be less than shown. Our website does not calculate shipping for multiple ramps. We will calculate the shipping cost and contact you with the correct shipping cost. Most ramps will ship UPS or FedEx or truck freight.
For ramps that exceed the size limits of UPS or Fed Ex, they will ship by truck freight. Cost of freight shown is for shipping to business addresses. Add $80.00 for shipping of truck freight ramps to a personal residence. Overnight, 2nd day air and 3 day are available upon request for certain ramps. Call toll free 1-888-752-0543. For Pennsylvania orders, add 6% sales tax on ramps and freight.

Safety First!
We at Dambach Ramps are concerned first and foremost with your safety. That is why most ramps come with adjustable safety straps. PLEASE use them. They are there so you and your ramp will not fall from your truck, van, or trailer. We suggest that you hook the cables and straps directly under the ramp onto the bumper. Do not attach cables or straps to the sides of the truck bed. Not using the safety cables voids the warranty.
Some trailer ramps do not have safety cables or chains. They are built to stay on the trailer.
***When loading or unloading equipment, ATV's, garden equipment, motorcycles or any other wheeled vehicle, please use caution going up and down the ramps. Aluminum is meant to give, but excessive speed or "gunning" the engine will cause the ramp undue strain and may cause overload of the ramp.***
