Received my ramps this past Friday the 5th, hooked them to the trailer Sun. and did a test run of loading and unloading the Harley and everything is FINE! The quality of the ramps is very high and ALL welds are GOOD and smooth!!!! GREAT PRODUCT!!!

Since your computer crashed, I thought I would remind you concerning my problem with the delivery of the ramp. Your response was that you would refund the $70 extra I paid for the residence delivery since I had to furnish the Trucking Company with the equipment and personal to unload the ramp.
I also want to thank you for the professional way you have been throughout my entire transaction concerning this ramp as I had been home bound for over 3 weeks when I made the order and I received the order in less time than you quoted. (Modular wheelchair ramp system)

I just wanted to let you know that I used my new auto ramps, with the extension kit, for the first time. I needed to buy these new ramps with the extenders in order to get my new car up on the ramps (as the old ramps were too steep). The new car went up your new ramps in a breeze!! I hardly even new I was climbing up the gradual grade!
Thanks for a great product. Wish I had these with my other cars, too.
I have a 2007 Buick Lucerne CXS. The gravel guard under the front of the car would not easily clear my old ramps, which is why I needed to find new ones. (UR6520)

Received my ramps today. They are perfect for my car. Allows plenty of clearance loading, with the extensions, and loads of room under the car to work without hitting my head or shoulders while under the car.
I have attached 2 of your stickers, 1 on each ramp. In case friends or neighbors see the ramps and can get your number off of them. Upon completion of the trailer that I built this last summer. Even though I was capable of building ramps on my own, I would have had to build them out of steel and that would have brought the weight up and I didn't want to do that. After searching the internet for lightweight aluminum ramps, yours were ideal for my use as you can see in the pictures. I am very happy with the quality and workmanship of your product and will be happy to tell other people of my experience with Dambach. You were very helpful and understanding with the questions I asked before purchasing the ramps. The shipping service was excellent. I received them within a week after placing my order.
